2020 was indeed a challenging, but exciting year for City Relay, where we remained the most trusted property management company in London. We maintained our industry-leading position for customer ratings and reviews, despite the global pandemic.
2020 highlights include increasing our average length of customer stays by 67%, expanding our areas of operation to achieve 100% coverage of zone 1 in London, and achieving 5-star ratings from 91% of guests. We also achieved extremely strong growth of our long let business, with 100% growth in portfolio size.
