Did you think that the idea of breakfast and lunch originated by Guy Beringer in 1895 would surpass more than a century, becoming the modern worlds dining experience craze? In London, it had become a trend before the rest of the world adopted it. Here we have selected a few restaurants which have been taking the brunch scene by storm.
#1 Farm Girl
This trio of restaurants combining specialty coffee and the food experience have a made a great name for themselves in the last three years. Their focus is not solely on food but personal wellness as well, using high quality and sustainable ingredients as a key to success. To this end, they cater a wide range of diets, including vegan, gluten- and lactose-free. Each location bares its own identity but has an overall style: retro and picturesque. Rose Mann and Anthony Hood believed London was missing a key factor in its already sizeable culinary world and they were right. Thereby, Farm Girl became known for pioneering the newfound trend in healthy brunching.
