In recent weeks, there has been growing concern regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, across the UK and London.
At City Relay, we are operating as normal, honouring all existing bookings and welcoming guests into our London homes. Our number one priority remains the health and safety of our guests, hosts and team members. As a precaution, we are closely monitoring the UK government website for updates about the virus, including travel recommendations within and to the UK. We are also working with our hosts to provide antibacterial hand wash in all our London properties, to play our part in reducing further spread of the virus.
We would like to ask all of our current hosts and guests to consult their relevant local authorities’ travel guidance and health advisories related to Coronavirus, and to consult the global advice of the World Health Organisation before travelling.
