We’re counting down the days to the opening of our next London Reception Space. Number 51 Warwick Way in SW1, an eight-minute walk from Victoria station, will be opening its doors to City Relay guests from December. Our new Reception Space means we are uniquely placed to take care of guests and hosts in and around Victoria and check-in Airbnb guests as they arrive into London from the Gatwick Express.
Victoria is our latest reception location and extends our face-to-face customer service experience for short term rental guests to Zone One. Our existing Reception Spaces on Goldhawk Road in Shepherd’s Bush and Kenway Road in Earl’s Court have already proved a success with both guests and hosts. The Reception Spaces are integral to us delivering a 5-star service to guests and a key reason we’re the most trusted Airbnb management company in London. They provide a warm and welcoming space to meet and greet, handover keys and offer local tips and recommendations. Secure luggage storage, guest assistance or just a coffee and chat with our hotel-trained guest services team are available onsite.
The space itself has been designed by the team at Run For The Hills, an award-winning design agency who specialise in interiors for hospitality clients. Run For The Hills has delivered projects and high-end looks for clients across London including Kricket Soho, Burger & Beyond and a cigar lounge in Harrods.
