Our B2B relationships are essential to us and we’re excited to be in the position to hire a B2B Account Executive to support this vital business area.This role sits within our small, focused and successful Account Management team who are charged with building exceptional client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Be the essential link between our Operations team and our B2B clients
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Learn and master the standards of our B2B partners to ensure that we are delivering services that meet their expectations
- Be responsible for checking all clients’ property data is correct in our systems with the all the information needed to deliver services in the field
- Respond in a timely manner to client questions/issues and offer rapid solutions, working closely with other departments such as Reservations, Operations and the Guest Relations team
- Ensure all our current client questions, comments and concerns are answered in a timely manner. Our client queries range from everyday issues to the more challenging problems – from maintenance to pricing strategy
- Obtain regular client feedback on our software Drive, reporting any issue to our Product Department
- Be the main point of contact for any product question, responsible for regular follow up trainings
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement and up-sell the full management services
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Account Management and Client Relations
- Passionate about hospitality
- Tech driven
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good understanding of building and maintaining relationships
- Understanding of property management and operations
- Keen to learn and grow with the company
